The hotel had a stale smell in the rooms and only provided 3 bath towels for 3 people. However, the modern room with a big moon-shaped couch was comfy and a refreshing change.
The hotel is cozy and clean, with very comfy beds and nice rooms that are smaller than some but have everything we needed close by. The service was helpful overall, but there were some issues with ineptitude and rudeness when asked for scheduling. The location is in a clean area within walking distance to various attractions and hospitals. The dining options were limited and a bit pricey. However, the facilities were well-maintained, despite some shortcomings in service.
I was thrilled with the modern rooms that smelled amazing and had a big moon-shaped couch that was so much comfier than the usual ones. However, I felt the dining experience could be improved, especially with the early breakfast hours. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect for our needs.
